Finding Two Huge Ore Cars And Flatcar at this Tungsten Mine

This was an awesome explore of two separate mine sites, which happened to be both tungsten mines. The first mine site was decently extensive, and we found some cool relics including a slusher bucket and a couple intact Gold Medal dynamite boxes! The next mine was way more productive and huge, with us exploring for over 6 hours. We found so much awesome mining equipment including two large side dumper ore cars, flat car used to transport timber and ventilation tubing, tool skips and many more dynamite boxes. The amount of artifacts we found was astounding and I'm certain we'll return to this mine and area in the future to uncover more! Hope you guys enjoy this one and thanks for watching.

that was a pretty cool explore with three mine cars to boot .....imagine the work it took to drive the drift, shafts,raises and winzes ....pretty tough people back then ....keepe'm coming sonny Jim and be safe out there

Appreciate it! I try my best not to sometimes it slips out especially if I'm really really excited. But yeah I try to tell my buddies not to swear when I'm filming as I want this to be a kid friendly channel!

You just can’t help but wonder who the last person to touch and left that ore car in that exact spot. It must almost be a surreal feeling sometimes knowing you’re probably the first person to touch or see an artifact in so many years. It also makes you wonder who the miners were, where were they from, what was their story, and so many other things.

i like the pushing the car with one hand - now imagine pushing a full car, must have been a hell of a work out for these guys back then - but i always think of the guys digging, and then the next guys laying the track, making the ground level and flat, bending and fitting the track, must have been gruelling to maintain, and then there's the continuing wood work going on, the chutes - i'm guessing the stokes must have been dug downwards, following seems of rock etc - its staggering what these guys did, fearless, mad, probably both, the dust must have shortened there lives, bless 'em

Wow! What a fun adventure. I miss doing that. I would give anything to have an ore car! I grew up spending summers in Ouray, CO. They use old ore cars as flower planters around town.
