I was seriously ill some years ago .. would have lost my house and business if not for good friends. For two years i followed my heart ... and the heart meridian i discovered ends at the end of the nose!?! So I followed that ... i had no immediate family to worry about and I chose not to use allopathic methods and chose not to tell family because i knew they would not handle my approach. What an amazing journey it was. Our bodies know. And if we listen to our soul self we can find confidence and direction ... as well as good solid intention!
