I’ve never received a severance package and they don’t seem to have valued me as it was written quite poorly. I was a Realtor previous to this position so I know a good contract when I read one. Wasn’t going to sign this one as I have a complaint with the EEOC. Didn’t know these were negotiable. Thank you.
