I think maybe your test results would be different if it was like a 30 second video 👀 I actually think video 1 looks “better” because it’s realistic to how motion looks like irl. My timeline is always 24fps to have realistic motion blur. Maybe people like the look of 60fps more because they don’t see any motion blur at all, but that to me just looks fake/mechanical. Also maybe that there is a difference in what people who enjoy sports/action vs in narrative film? Very interesting experiment indeed!

I would love to stick to 24 fps but I love slow motion for my videos. I always love having that option. I wish I could have a 48fps video record setting but thats rare to find in modern DSLR.

120fps on a 24fps timeline is the way to go, slow it down to 20%.
