@mynameismikoy Normally, it has a hole beside the machine. You can use the pin put inside and hold about 10 seconds for hard reset.

I'm so sorry I can not answer your question clearly because it's different in each machines. Anyway normally use SETUP function to fix this errors -- I don't know in deep detail.

you should use a new flashdrive in FAT32 format. and make sure the flashdrive is version 2.0 or 1.0, the version 3.0 or above will result in format error

@@ricabautista8700 use the outdated 2.0 versions. Then format that flashdrive first to a FAT32 file system before plugging it in the biometric device.

On my site, I can edit because my download file is .xls (Excel) and no password protection. I suggest you try to "Open with..." that file with Notepad (.txt)
