Just about finished. This thing takes while to assemble. Took me nearly an hour to un-box the damn thing. That said the instructions are excellent. All screws are separated and packaged by each step which was great. You can do it by yourself but it really is a 2 person job. I kept calling my wife in to help. Be careful on ceiling height. Although the unit fits under a fairly low ceiling, you need to keep sliding 3-4 inch pieces pieces down the rods which are already pretty high. i had to keep pushing the entire unit horizontal so my wife could slide parts down the poles as our ceilings werent tall enough to assemble while the unit was completely vertical. The guy in the vid did a heck of a job on his own

how did you remove the swivel pulley from the slider pole, mine is stuck at the top of the slider poles. help!

Great video! I have one ordered. Could you have assembled it if one side was flush to a wall? Could you have slid into place as alternative? I have space to operate but now have assembly concerns.

Hello Thomas (or anyone with experience, for that matter): What is the most large/awkward piece in this assembly and would it fit in a economy size car like the VW Passat with the trunk open to the cab for long pieces? I'm trying to get a sense, if there was only one person driving the car, would it be possible to fit everything into such an empty car? I will be disassembling a used Inspire FT2 and packing it up for myself, so there will be no boxes, etc.

I just got a FT2. I put it together myself no problem. How do get the slack out of the cables? I have about 8 or 9 inches of slack per side. Any advise is appreciated.
