So in New Zealand the devices are pretty much derived from American devices except they have break glass call points instead of pull stations.

American call points still often have a glass panel to break prior to pulling a fire alarm. I have also seen the same for Code Blue medical emergency pull stations in some hospitals, which are blue fire alarm pull stations.

@@ooommm4024 We call them pull stations here, and they range in variety a lot, compared to elsewhere in the world where there are standards for pull station/call point design.
