The buzzing sound is the supervision tone coming through the speakers. It’s the same tone you can hear on other Notifier systems. The Notifier panel in the school is most likely a NFS2-3030

Omaha North uses this tone and voice, but all of our NAs are spectralert advance, since it was probably updated when they added on to the building for the most recent time. Benson High has L series speakers tho

Before the System Sensor L-Series there used to be a SpectrAlert Advance Speaker Strobe which was located when you started the video but it was replaced with an L-Series Speaker Strobe because the SpectrAlert Advance speaker strobe most likely stopped working

Speakers need a higher volume, it ain't gonna get a crowd of people's attention.

The volume level on the speaker strobes can be changed by adjusting the watts setting. Speaker strobes can do 1/4, 1/2, 1 and 2 watts. The watts setting is the volume control

I don't like voice activated systems. Her repeated voice gets on my nerves. I love the fire alarms of the 1970's and 1980's. Everything now days is the boring code 3 sound. :(
