Go to "Wireless" on the overworld pause menu. Go to the bonus box and then go to "Bonus Maps." They'll offer you three maps (more will come in the future) and once you've beaten chapter 25 you can play those maps - in the first two maps, you can recruit Gangrel and Walhart, and in the third you can recruit Emmeryn.
