Ben commissioned a bespoke design - a wood-fired outdoor sauna, plunge-pool and wood store for a woodland clearing at his countryside home.
We installed his sauna earlier this year and later returned to ask him about his experience with it and his thoughts on sauna culture here in the UK and abroad.
