I rarely think a rapper is talented because basically anyone can do it if they spent a little bit of time writing the lyrics. No one in the world can do what this guy can do. This is raw talent.

This is first for me. I'm very much into rock, 70s, 80s, classical, Brit pop, that kind of music. Never heard of this guy before until this video. But I love it! This guy is amazing, what a talent! The most impressive thing about Shotta is his clarity - he doesn't just start chatting a load of shit + he's a double time MC. That's why he's so highly rated. He may be the best "lyrical" MC in DnB; can't really argue with that apart from maybe Evil, but there are others that are better. What about fucking Shabba and Skibba? The duo that EVERYONE aspires to be like in their prime? I don't care what anyone says - EVERY up and coming MC aspires to be somewhat like them; they were the originals, the dons, the dans. I've been following Shotta before he was even well known (about 5 years ago). First I ever heard of him was on some random video with Fun where he just killed it. Then Dubzone etc. From then on I was hooked. Still to this day, one of the best MCs out there. You can hear a bit of Skibba in him too, like his flow is similar to Skibba.
