Here is a first look at the new Fire Maple Petrel HX pot. It looks like a nice replacement for the Sterno Inferno HX pot. It cost about $22 USD.

Love your work John. Bought your stereo inferno and mods a few years ago from you and so far , nothing beats it . This new pot does look interesting, especially for a couple to use . I’ll stick with your stove for the time being . Regards from Australia. Steve c

I just got mine and it fits the JetBoil MightyMo just fine.

Nice. Off the top of my head, I seem to recall the WideSea HX pot weighing only half an ounce more than Sterno Inferno? I could be wrong about that. This has a nicer handle.

WideSea with a replacement lid is about 1.5 oz heavier than the Sterno Inferno.

What modifications i need to fit with brs 3000t? Edit:I watched your newer video Fire Maple Petrel HX pot with a Pocket Rocket Deluxe. The mod fits with BRS 3000t.

I like the pot. does the pot's slots fit with pocket rocked "II" and what modifications ?

You have to bend the tips of the pot support arms to fit into the slots. It is a permenent change but doe snot affect the stove performance.

Only if you bend the tips as the arms are not radial but offset

@@FlatCatGearthanks. Do you know if the FMS-116T stove fits the base of the Fire-maple pot? I like the looks of it over the Hornet II.
