I would suggest a lid from an old Weber kettle or similar topper, and you can use it for a pizza oven too.

A perfect ending to a wonderful video series. It was great the way you reflected back on the entire build at the end. Loved watching you and your son enjoy that breakfast together. That's a great reward for all your hard work. I'm sure there will be many more meals to follow. Super cool fire pit for sure. Anxious to see what's next :) Stay safe.

Very well done. I am enjoying your builds very much. You have a lot of great ideas, but I also appreciate how you take viewer suggestions and apply them, since teamwork makes the dream work. Just be careful not to go overboard. You can't please everyone, and not all ideas have merit (there was nothing wrong with the length of the handles, and now the separate tool is one more thing to keep track of, and prone to being misplaced). Overall very well done, and thanks for some great ideas for my own builds. Wishing you lots of youtube success. I'll keep watching. Appreciate your straightforward, normal presence. Hoping you don't turn into a "personality" as so many others have done.

hey kev, not sure if you've already rectified the ash issue or not, but if not......you could install a little hinged trap door down by the bottom, that could work pretty well i think, just a thought!

Hey Kevin....you triggered a memory for me...remember the old wood cook stoves and that tool which was used to remove the eyes exposing the fire? If memory serves that tool had a metal wire wrap around the handle that supposedly kept it cool.....maybe something like that would help holding the pan.......that meal sure looked delicious...glad your son enjoyed it.

Steak and eggs with you would be a fun time. I am glad you burned the paint bud. Sounds like heaven and I am sure they will all be great. Oh my that looks great bud. I know nothing about Ramps. Is there anything that tastes similar ? A good tip on steaks to keep them from curling is to lance the fatty edge just through the fat layer and they will nor curl up bud.I have used welding gloves for years now. Way cheaper Than all the pricy alternatives eh. You can cook for me anytime bud. AWESOME FEED FELLA.
