I dont have 2.2k ohms resistor what alternative resistor i will be uses

You can use 1k to 2k valued any resistor 👍👍

What is the effect of second transistor? Can we not connect LED and first transistor emitter to ground?

Except 200ohms and 2.2 kohms which resistor can be used

Use 330 instead of 200 and 2.7k instead of 2.2k
