So deep sermon I need time to process it. The way I see it, if we were raised with narcissistic model, such as ACoA, our directions in life (taking action) will be like without a true compass. Our compass will be misguided, lead us to take wrong actions - that I am able to see only later on, after it is done. If I am programmed to fawn and to self blame, any action will be done in wrong direction, no matter what good intentions there are on the surface. Nevertheless I agree with Bobby, once we are healed from the trauma - action will build confidence and remove the fear.
