@@xCorvus7x Oats are okay for those with gluten intolerances typically. You just have to make sure that the bag says gluten free as it might be cross-contaminated with the machines that deal with gluten products.

Oat milk is a great substitute for regular milk. Not only does it almost taste like it but it doesn’t change the flavor of foods when you add it in meals
