How funny.... I taught myself to do this... It just happened one day so I practised it with my club so I tried it with my hoop, staff then poi.. Now I have a name for it :D Thanks guys!

Thanks for sharing!! I'm looking for more info on the no beat weaves. I've got the the forward one down, but it when trying to do it backwards I feel it doesn't quite translate

could you explain the numbering system you guys use? i would really like to understand how to name no-beat patterns
