Standard pexi-glass with the edges taped? Next question, can you still use the standard window breaking "snap-pin" devices to break the glass or are EV have special windows. Informative re the EV problems. I hadn't considered the plug getting in the way... 2 important safety things though. Firstly: Glass dust management. I hope you guys value your lungs, 'cause breathing in that stuff is worse than asbestos. Mask Up for your own safety. Secondly: The dust that is created by that tool is the worst, and should be used only when there are no other options, because of the first point. So, instead of putting a plastic sheet over the casualty, put one over them before you start cutting.
