The divergent SU automatically sets your characters at max level so he's not at 80 yet but he will get there!

Really important for you: Because your firefly is lv 50, she doesn't have the passive that converts attack to break effect, so your Firefly's attack stat is useless

Mostly useless. At least as a substat. It is still probably the best choice of mainstat for her chest piece even without the passive. Still, in SU there are tons of ways to passively gain a decent crit ratio so that atk stat will have some use there. He does have basically enough spd (thanks to Ruan Mei he'll get to 150).

Pretty sure he probably knows this since he's been doing this for awhile now. Like EVERY character doesn't get important traces at 50. But attack is literally her only somewhat beneficial one.

If you can't use ATK for the conversion you should go for HP or DEF for survivability. There is no reason to put ATK on her if the trace is not triggered. She does almost no damage outside of broken state and when she does Break or Super Break damage ATK means NOTHING. Not exaggerating here. There is no reason to invest anything into ATK without that trace. Just BE and SPD + survivability substats.

DU isn't a challenge mode, it was made for speed farming planar ornaments. It's designed for ease of use. At least it's only here though.

Lv 4. to 6 for the special enhanced mode are absolutely challenging though. So much that it's optimal to try and fish for both equation and blessings for the ideal path you'd like to run (destruction being arguably the strongest if you own Firefly).

@@user-gu5zt3iy8m I would also just add to that. Nihility is also a good secondary path to run, because it has some weakness break buffs. More important, it can give a Weakness Break Effieniency buff. Firefly and Ruan Mei teams eat that up.

His characters are level 50. FF doesn't have the conversion passive unlocked. Atk would be better for the orb but only when he is doing DU and he didn't seem to be remotely struggling there.

the way i see the divergant universe is that it's simply a new baseline to be built off of not something like swarm or gng, it's meant to be a second starting point for the future, especially since it reworked the way to get planar ornaments and you can kinda see that with how they went back to portals for area traversal rather than dice for a third time

you can turn the lvl up to 80 function off for divergent universe, kets. It's called View mappings, press what it tells you and it should revert them off i believe. (Inside the character details.) I admit i havent tried turning it off and seeing if it sticks, so it could just be showing you the before and after, but still.

Your relics are actually better than mine (my orb/robe are better, but boy do I feel the pain of those relic rolls). It's kinda crazy how much ATK and such is added with levels. Hahahaha this seems like it was specifically a "Ket's proof patch" to SU. Sucks they don't give an option for it though.

fyi, Fire damage% does nothing for Firefly. Since most of her damage comes from Break and Superbreak, and not raw damage, fire damage% does nothing for her, as element% does not factor into break damage

By the way you can switch their lightcone if you push the bottom left icon and then change it to something else. The lightcone level will be raised to max if it isn't leveled You can also have your own relics if they are all +15 if not it will give you the best set for the character with average stats (like not much crit, low effect hit rate, not very fast etc.) Levels can't be changed tho and it raises your traces to 7 i think? maybe 8

Damn, those relics are better than mine, and I spent thousands of relic fragments, four self-modeling resins, on top of 12 immersifiers (which netted 0 ATK main stat Kalpagni orb or Break Effect Kalpagni rope).

Had to double check before commenting but Kets you can turn off the auto leveling in Divergent Universe its a little dial on the bottom left when you view character details and you switch from View Mappings to View Enhancements and it will return your characters to what they were before👍

Well, outside of divergent universe his characters are level 50. Meaning his FF doesn't have the atk to Break effect passive unlocked. That makes atk orbs also kind of lackluster to the point that he may just want hp or def. At least for normal SU, MoC, PF

Idk if kets has finished building his Ruan Mei yet but i think the easiest way to build her is the watchmaker set and the talia ornament set with an ERR rope. Try to reach at least 145 spd at least and 160 break effect as a baseline. With her ult, she will reach the 180 break effect to max her buffs. Also the ornament buffs only appears in battle.

Watchmaker 4pc doesn't stack so personally I'd use it on HMC (faster Ult/better uptime on the set) and run 2pc break effect/2pc hackerspace on Ruan Mei. Unless you somehow get a cracked second set of the new Iron Cavalry set to throw on HMC after gearing FF.

Hard agree about the character leveling not being optional. I spent quite a while being upset about how they massacred my builds by changing them because they decided they didn't like them, like switching my Kafka from Space Sealing Station to Glamoth without actually giving her enough speed to proc the passive just because my orb was missing two levels. It's way too sensitive and it's really disappointing that it isn't optional. Anyway, love whenever you upload! Cheers!

Kets due to firefly being a break effect damage dealer your better off using an atk orb. However because you dont make level your characters you can lretty much run anything for your orb because her attack passive is locked behind level 70 xD

Not for Kets. That attack conversion is locked behind A6, meaning that literally any Orb still be the same, with only substats mattering.

As someone who's got a Firefly with almost 200% break effect, and over 2k atk stat, yeah, upgrade the atk stat. Speed is one thing, but I've seen her go hog wild and one shot tons of bosses and stuff. Super Break is what you REALLY want with her, if you're focusing on massive break damage.
