god forbid this band ever breaks up they are the reason i even listen to music i know that most of you will call me a loser and sad for saying that, but im afraid to say it: Firewind is the reason i fell in love with any music at all; before them, i never listened to music

Allegiance is the fourth full-length studio album by Firewind, first released on 10 July 2006. Vocalist Chitral Somapala was replaced by Apollo Papathanasio and Stian L. Kristoffersen made way for Mark Cross on drums, ending the previous tradition of changing line-up between albums. It was recorded at JM Studio, Mölnlycke, Sweden, in February 2006, mixed by Fredrik Nordström with Patrik J. Sten in Studio Fredman, Göteborg, Sweden, in March 2006, then mastered by Peter In de Betou at Tailor Maid productions in Stockholm.

I didnt even knew that they existed before yesterday. I went to a show of Sonata Arctica and they where one of the two bands that played before SA. They played that awesome song I remember, they also played fire and the fury

I saw them in sheffield when they were supporting Dragonforce, n they wer awsome. Bob Katsionis (playin keys in this vid) playd guitar n keyboards at the same time lol. Twas sick. They are a really nice bunch of guys, they came out into the crowd to watch the other acts. Sound band.

and I saw them last tuesday night as a support for Angra. They weren't with Apollo, but with Metalium's Henning Basse. They played this song right there, and I loved it. It was the first time I listened to these guys but they sure do some pwnage.
