Materials
2 cups Firik bulgur
1 carrot
1/2 onion
1 orange zest and juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
4 cups of boiling water
salt
black pepper
Fabrication
1- Take the Firik bulgur in a bowl and add enough water to cover it.
2- Collect the grains that float above the water.
3- Grate the carrot and chop the onion for food
4- Grate the peel of the orange and squeeze the juice
5- Fry the onion in olive oil and butter in a medium saucepan.
6- Add the carrot and strained Firik bulgur on it.
7- After stirring for 1-2 minutes, add salt and pepper according to your taste.
7- After mixing a little, add orange peel and orange juice and mix.
Add 8- 4 glasses of boiling water and brew on low heat until the water is absorbed.
