Ingredients:
● 500 ml Whole milk (cow's milk, but if you are lactose intolerant you can replace it with any vegetable drink)
●lemon peel
● 6 egg yolks
● 150g normal white sugar
● 50g cornstarch or cornstarch
● 1 teaspoon of lemon essence
●juice of 1 lemon
