I knew Joan Baez long before I knew First Aid kit and this was always my favourite song. And I love First Aid Kit so much and never knew they made a cover of this...It can't be more beautiful!

Just like Baez, these girls are crisp, clear, and beautiful... I actually prefer First Aid kit doing covers... because they take the most beautiful songs that we love and then sing them just... beautifully.

Amazing harmonies. Some of them seem a bit surprising at first, but then it's obvious they had to be that way, inevitably written into the structure of the universe even before it began, and just waiting all this time to be sung. Improves the original. (Just don't tell Ms Baez I said that, 'k? Can't be rude to a legend.)

these ladies are tremendously talented , they are opposite of most in this business, most are far less talented than they are popular, but FAK are far more talented, far far more.

Because nowadays popularity has nothing to do with talent.

Not really...music can help patch you up and heal emotionally just like a first aid kit on hand to patch you up and heal physically when wounded

@@aimeekilford8005 Well If you are Swedish you understand it’s a play with words First Aid Kit is in Swedish = första (1st ) förband But if you Change that a little,or the pronunciation and write för__band it’s opening act / warm up band If you stress FÖRband it’s a music group opening the night If you stress förBAND it’s an emergency kit the opening act dream as a young teenager, 13 / 16. is now sold out shows at The Ryman /Radio City Music Hall / Royal Albert Hall

Ah interesting! @Jonas Dahlin Klara came up with the name while looking through a dictionary and liked it because it suggested writing music to help people get through life. According to Google 🤔😃 but you can never tell with Google.

@@aimeekilford8005 To complicated to explain - I take the Flip the dictionary - it's a cool / funny name the opening act as a tautology. that's you 1st interpretation with this band name as a Swede for English speaking strange / weird(bizarre) name for a music group

A very worthy interpretation although nothing or nobody compares to Joan Baez...
