Please file a complaint on the officer that tried to solicit a trespass and refused to identify when first asked otherwise he will continue this BAD behavior

Amazing how rude these Public Servants are 🙄 what do they not understand about "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED UPON" do they not understand 😡

Uh oh,....lol. This might be a first... An auditor that stop by the Police Dept to let the Chief know he was going to exercise his first amendment rights at a particular public location. In addition, establishing clarity on the fact that it is legal. Then proceeds to said location. Nice!!

You’ve got to be the most professional auditor than I’ve ever seen. Please never stop what you are doing. Love you and everything you do my friend.

Words matter. When the Cheif says, “we don’t have a problem with you coming in here recording…”. It doesn’t matter if he has a problem with it or not. The correct response should be, “We don’t have any authority to restrict the rights of the press.” The government doesn’t have RIGHTS, the government has the AUTHORITY entrusted to them by the public; that being keeping the peace through the enforcement of the law. I did notice a few women in there busting the myth that black is slimming.

Love the “we’d love your feedback” sign. Cops show up and encourage staff to makeup a crime. If DMV employees don’t want their rude behavior videoed, they shouldn’t be rude Cops love these kind of calls, there’re no guns, criminals, etc. That ‘s why they try and make up crimes.

Brother- Your clear intentions at start of video presentation was outstanding! Truly much respect. It is absolutely flabbergasting to me just how hateful so many are. Meanwhile they got cameras all over them- just weird that they want a safe space for private matters and these open to public environments are open to public! If they want a safe (ugh) space or private space to conduct matters in these places- they need to suggest that to the offices that provide those services!!!! Create doors, partisans, etc to mitigate overhearing or seeing, recording or whatever they don’t want shared with public. That’s the very reason we don’t use bathrooms / restrooms in the open!!!! The duty to serve even private information matters in a public space falls upon those providing the services. If your eyes can see it and ears can hear it in “Public” it may by Constitutional Law be recorded. Take care y’all. D

Please remember that ALL Federal buildings (Post Offices, Tax Offices and DMV's) have a POSTER 7 displayed (Government Rules & Regulations on Federal premises), which ALLOWS you to record in Public areas and film Government officials ACCOUNTABLE.

Thank God they got rid of the real bad ones that were there 10 years ago. They were rude and unprofessional.
