This is incredible you should be extremely proud of yourself you're already ahead of a lot of people. I'm 30 and just now was able to buy my own home so it took me A LOT longer unfortunately due to bad financial decisions and shitty jobs which made me feel like I wasted my 20's...and believe me it goes fast, like insanely fast after graduating it's like someone speeds up time. It's tough out there but I managed to secure a two bedroom home which I am super excited about. Best of luck.

All you need is income, atleast 3x the rent. Some places do 2.5x, you’d have to ask before applying

If you come to my state (SC) BMW would be a good job for you to start off. I personally wouldn’t stay in a warehouse for too long. Research some trade schools that interest you and put that work in ✊🏽

My phone did da same shi. I can’t buy phone storage so if yo phone 128gb that’s all the space u have unless u buy a 256gb iPhone. I had to delete hella apps n pics
