Yeah, most likely 3k a month. How is that helping anyone? There's many homes here that are empty because the rent is so high. But making more apartments is the answer? 😐

Houses being empty isn't good for landlords. Paying property taxes, insurance and maintenance with no tenants is a loss. If there's an increase in supply of housing landlords will have to eat the cost of having no tenants or lower rent to compete with each other.

who wants to live there and have your car broken into, no garages no secure space no carport looks like a Hud projects build in other cities not impressed, and living downtown especially with the riots and garbage who wants to live there? I used to and left

Pretty sad that we are spending 30 billion on tiny homes for the homeless when this could be an answer that houses more homeless for less money.
