Less strict? I'm the last of my parents 3 kids (Well, my mom's 3rd and my Dad's one and only, it's complicated) and they're very strict and especially my mom who's a pain in the rear end, and probably the most "everything I watch must be PG/0 sexual references or I hate it". As well as a constant game of "follow my orders or suffer My wrath". My Dad also shouts like you're right next to a jet engine when I mess up badly.

true. i'm the oldest, and i have 2 siblings. whenever i do something wrong i'm instantly whooped or yelled at, when my sisters do something wrong their just told to stop. i hate how people are always like "ThE mIdDlE cHiLd Is TrEaTeD uNfAiRlY" when i know dam well my middle sister is the favorite. and istg people can't even say the oldest is treated unfairly without something bringing up the middle child

Middle? Bro, we Middle kids have it the worst. When something happens, it's usually us who get blamed cause the oldest is seen as responsible and the youngest is too innocent, so we are the punching bag of the family.

The 1st born child gets treated differently, the middle child isn’t even there, and the youngest will act like the others just threw them off a cliff and start with the crocodile tears to get what they want. In my household we’re treated the same except my sister in in her room 24/7-

I’m the middle Child and my sister sometimes gets the blame while me and my lil bro just chill I remember she slapped me and she got yelled at and when I said she had a “mustache” she would be triggered and tell my mom or dad and either they yell at me or they just chill and give me a warning anyways yeah idk if I should feel bad or just don’t care

Me sitting here as a middle child: So my older brother gets all this praise and attention and then my little brother gets spoiled and can hit me all he wants, but I *can't* hit him! It's apparently very wrong! He gets all the electronics to himself. Be on all of them all at once. Then my older bro starts lecturing about how when I'm older I'll have to do more things. I love how when you depict yourself as a child watching TV on the couch, you’re watching Ed Edd n’ Eddy, then show you’re brothers a watching Sponge Bob. It does a really good job of portraying a slight generational gap :) You’re great at adding small details to set the scene, and your editing skills are stellar!
