Yes Autumn is here and this is my first trip out in well over a month so join me on this little overnighter as i head off into the woodland for my first camp of Autumn in one of my old school vintage tents .

My first thought on the deer was that she was trying to tell you that a big rain was coming. I had one here for 3 or 4 years and she came up and did that to tell me every time it was going to rain much. It was very handy. Im afraid a hunter got her ladt fall. That deer there was probably trying to warn you of rain coming.

I carry a 45, when hunting. Fishing. I've had a few fun encounters. Camper n moter home, was rocked by something big. My brother bought a house and woman told him never go in woods without a gun. I've hunted there. My brother called me one night. Robert something big is killing something big. I'm gonna do a couple nights camping in them woods. 😊 Will take the 45 auto not the 45 derringer. And I sleep with ear plugs. I have not seen big foot yet. Stalked 2 times by my lion, daughter had shot gun I'm telling her shoot it it's 30 feet. She would not shoot I had to run after it. Crazy now I keep gun on me if your not going to shoot when I tell you to. Lol

We don’t have anything like that here in the uk , no bears no mountain lions . We do have wild boar and they can be dangerous but again they ain’t in every woodland here only in certain areas so the most that will be outside our tents here in the uk at night is a deer lol and as far as I know there ain’t any killer deers here or man eating squirrels 🐿️ 😂😂

A bit of a damp wet cold camp this one but had the right hot 🔥 chilli meals for it and it's nice to see kit working well 👌 there's to many youtubers out there with moans and groans . MDM .

The one I’m using is the Macpack fairy down . It’s from the late 70s early 80s . Nice bag and toast warm .
