I don't really know what the trends will be in 2023. But I got 86.5 and got into IISER Mohali easily. I think anything above 85 is a safe bet. Since, from this year IISc has started taking admission via IAT, this fact can skew the trends greatly.

Is there any night curfew for going out of the campus?... Are students allowed to go out of the campus?... Can one roam inside the campus late at night? are there any restrictions regarding this? And what about the night canteen?...

Can't enter after 10 pm in campus for first year. 12:30 am for the rest. You can roam in campus whenever you like

As of now, Earth Science is only offered as a Minor in IISER Mohali. But maybe for the new batch it will be offered as a major. It is still in discussion.

Join Pune if you get it. For scope you can go into academia and become a professor after Ph.D or get a job in software companies right after MS. The latter is hard to get and very few people do it. Most go for a Ph.D.

Depends on luck, some people get a small but single room and some get bigger but double sharing.
