graduated in 2021 from software eng at western and I want to say: AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I miss those feelings you are having. But life after school gets a lot easier and if you find the right job... a lot less stressful too :D keep up the good work

Hey, why did you choose software engineering over computer science? What are some of the advantages to the software engineering program in comparison to the computer science program?

@@Joshua-zj3id Software engineering program focuses more on architecture and software life cycle rather than algorithms and theory. The two are very similar and you can get same jobs no matter which one you go to. Really its about what your passionate about, do you like algorithms and math or do you want to focus on large architecture and software development life cycle. You get a bit of both if you go to either one so you can't go wrong really.

Do you recommend a MacBook for engineering? Did you have any issues? Thinking of buying the new macbook pro 16 launching this year.

Thank you for your comment! There are a lot of apps that you need to use that require Windows to run. However, if you can get Windows to run on Mac using Crossover or Parallels, that should be good too, but I've never tried it. I'm not doing that right now because I don't have enough storage on my Macbook. I also ordered the new 16 inch cuz I'm in desperate need of a new editing beast, and I'll be making videos answering if it is right for university/engineering etc. But it's back ordered right now and I'll need to wait until like December for it :(
