This is some good stuff! Keep going ma'am. Somehow got here from the algorithm and I feel like I found a gem! I work in healthcare which is defs different from tech but it's cool to hear from people with different skill sets than me working on the same things that I am

I left my last job because I didn't feel like management supported me and I landed in a job where my supervisors are legit bomb. I wasn't looking for it necessarily, but it makes SUCH A MASSIVE DIFFERENCE to have people who want to see you grow!

💗💗 so glad you’re here! Absolutely - people make such a difference!! This is the first job I feel fully supported and valued by my team and it’s made such a difference in my mental health. I work more hours now but am so much happier!! I’m so glad you also found a team that you love 😌😌

MVP vibes 12:02 A lot of us suffer from some degree of people pleasing because I mean, we're nice and we don't want to let people down so I can definitely relate. I got to a point where I was like, I'll do my very best and put out the biggest positive vibes, but if i'm not being respected and appreciated, People can kiss my Boots because you just cannot allow people to walk all over your goodwill, While not letting them turn you into a hyena as well. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Ps. The ambiance of this blog was everything!!! I also work from home and have worked hard to make my workspace very cozy and stress free. I couldn't resist subbing your channel now I wan to see all of your videos. Much success to you and CONGRATULATIONS!!

😅😁HAHA my setup is so janky but all that matters is that it works right?? I love that view on people pleasing! It’s hard bc I feel like we’re socialized to view putting other people before you as a good thing, but often that comes at the detriment of your own wellbeing. I always say - don’t set yourself on fire to keep others warm ❤ but it’s a learning experience for sure Thank you for watching 💗💗 and the thoughtful comment. So curious to know where you work, live and what you do for work as strategy for sales and your hours. Did you have video on and interact while you were working? Assuming no?

I work at ServiceNow! The main things I actually *do* at work now are sit in lots of meetings, make sales assets & documentation, and a lil bit of data work. In this video, I didn't have my camera on or interact since the entire day was onboarding! Now I typically have about 2-4 hours of meetings a day with video on. Thinking of making a follow-up to this video as what my routine looks like now :)

I wish! I didn’t get unemployment benefits after quitting - my income stream was a paid content opportunity I signed right after my last day. Sorry if that was unclear!!
