I love these audios when I’m on my period because it’s so soothing. These are the type of things you need. And the best way to do it is to get a pillow lay your head on it and take a long pillow and get on your side and pull it close and put the heating pad on your stomach and lay your arm across it. Ok I don’t know about you but it feels like someone’s holding me and it’s a the best feeling ever.

I just got my period this morning and I swear I got my phone and the first notificaton I see is this. Listening to this later at night because I just had the worst nausea I've ever had on my period (it doesn't help that I have Emetophobia) and this actually helped me feel a whole lot better.
