As always you guys burning it down. I have ran this several times cold and last time ran it cold in the head, whole head, ran clean but to stay in there did have to slow down abit with a 5.20 or something like that. If I can think about it I'll go back and tag you on my IG post

I would be curious to know Aaron's (and Sawyer before he left) training regime. Roughly how many rounds he shoots a month/year, what classes he feels have benefited him most over the years. How much he dry fires. I would love to see/hear about all of that.

They both have taken classes from Point 1 Tactics, Langdon Tactical, Modern Samurai Project, and Baer Solutions that they enjoyed! All solid instructors. As far as rounds/month, they probably don't shoot more than 300-500 a month typically. Busy with work and family schedules, filming content for Tier 1 was typically the bulk of their training.

I like this as a control drill on a 6” target @ 10 yards . With solid mechanics 5 sec should be repeatable
