This is a reply to the comment below which my browser won't let me directly reply to. In terms of the harm that medicine can do drug side effects are often cited but it's possible to be harmed by any intervention including physiotherapy or podiatry but this is never mentioned by physiotherapist or podiatrists where it is always presented as as a no harm approach. I totally agree that the first principle of medicine including non-medical healthcare interventions should be to do no harm because it is very easy to do harm when you're intervening in a complex system such as the human body or human mind. I think this is particularly the case when any kind of equipment is used.

This is valuable content! I'm a Self-Employed Movement/Fitness Coach, and I see the Hippocratic Oath as very relative and (unfortunately) not considered enough in the fitness industry. Specifically with the current state of musculoskeletal conditions. I'm glad I found your channel and I'm looking forward to learning more from you!

Sadly fewer Doctors think this way anymore. Canada is now allowing physician euthanasia. I can't even believe I had to type this. Someone feels depressed at 18 and now they have an easy out instead of help. So sad.
