Mohg is my favorite fight in the game, he's literally the only boss that just says "F*** you" and hits you anyway, so its kinda just taking away at the amount of mistakes you can make in the fight in a way that makes sense. Goated boss.

You can buy a lantern in liurnia that you can equip on your waist. It doesn't weigh anything and it doesn't take an equipment slot. It's not as bright as a torch, but it's hands free and has no downside

You actually are a relatively appropriate level at this point, you just have lower than typical Vigor. Otherwise, nice build. A few tips: Stats fall off around 50~60, though they're still okay until the hard drop at 80. 2-handing means your Str is multiplied by 1.5, so you're technically at 90. Ashes of War have their own damage scaling. Giant Hunt scales equally with Str and Dex. There are a handful of churches in every region, and they're pretty visible on the map. Try going to a few for something you've sorely missed.

Hold L1 to raise torch and get a ton of light. L1 also attacks to the left side of your horse. Super impressive (and hilarious) that you beat that first dragon with zero left side swings.

The sentry torch you have actually let's you see the invisible assassins. It's the only item in the game that lets you see them, so it's kinda funny it's the only torch you have. There's one or two more invisible ones scattered around that you can use it on

Even if you've already bought it, I would definitely recommend completing the base game and try to collect and do everything (flask upgrades, upgraded weapons, tailismans, spells, etc.) before attempting the DLC. YOU WILL NEED IT, TRUST ME.

Yo mang if you're trying to get to around level 130 -150, 60 vigor is a must for ANY build I promise. A lot of these end game bosses will be one to two shotting you and you'll neeeeeeeed it. Sorry to back seat game. I won't do it again!!

With the lantern you can simply attach it to your belt, therefore not sacrificing an arm.

Awesome fight with melenia. Her water fowl attack is her only threat in my eyes and you showed me its easier to dodge than i thought haha 3 of my 5 deaths was cause of that. Not bragging or anything but felt she wasnt that crazy. Her second phase, I just dodged her lunge and endured her explosion. Just tank the rot and you can destroy her while she sits there. Im a frost/blood flame dual claw build. So that might be why. But because of that i felt there were way harder boss’ than her despite the hype. And seeing you. Seemed you had her down to a science. Once you figure her out. She seems to be toast

Gaol is pronounced jail. It is a ye old way of spelling it. In fact, some places in the world still spell it that way.

The menu at the grace is saying you have enough to level your flasks either through tear or seed, just checking, you know that right? When you get in the dlc, be sure to check back with the npcs regularly, sometimes you have to reload the area to talk to them again
