Yes this is the true max luck that I did in this video. The only thing missing is Tips Blessing but I didn't go for it because it's waaaay too RNG especially when trying to combine it with Strange Potion 1 and Strange Potion 2. But I explained all of this in the video :D P.S No Oblivion potion does NOT give you more luck than a Heavenly 2

Stella's candles don't actually stack, it just gives a bigger area, so you only need one for max luck. Also I'm pretty sure you can also add an oblivion potion to all that. I hope you can get more lucky in the future.

This video is full max luck, you would need oblivion since it is a 350k more luck, and then you would need both strange potion 1 and 2 to be best blessing. But either way, good job and amazing video. Good luck!
