and try making dumplings with your beloved family 🙂

🥟 Fried Dumpling Recipe
1. Wash and prepare chives, bean sprouts, and cheongyang peppers thoroughly
2. Place the tofu on a cotton cloth to drain the water
3. Soak the glass noodles in water while the tofu is draining, and boil the bean sprouts
4. Drain the boiled bean sprouts as well (Tip! If you don't squeeze out the water, the dumpling skin will burst!)
5. Finely chop the bean sprouts, chives, and cheongyang peppers
6. Wash off the seasoning from kimchi, finely chop it, and drain the water
7. Boil the soaked glass noodles in water and finely chop them
8. Lightly season the finely chopped ingredients with salt and pepper
9. Add oyster sauce for more flavor
10. It would be good to add a little bit of pure pepper as well
11. Add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic and plenty of sesame oil
12. Add a raw egg and mix it all
13. Put the dumpling filling in the dumpling skin and make the dumplings in your style
14. Once you've made the dumplings, just fry them in olive oil and you're done!
