In case you are considering to stay at this airbnb, here are some pros & cons which can hopefully help you in your decision making ~
PROS ⸜(˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)⸝♡
- cosy, homey feel
- cute aesthetic lol
- has kitchenette if you want to do some meal prep/cooking
- conveniently located at chungmuro station which has 2 lines (line 4 - light blue colour & line 3 - orange colour)
CONS ｡°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°｡
- lifts get busy and might have longer waiting times during peak hours
- the space and layout is a bit small for 2 people. it's fine for 1 person :)
- you have to sort out (trash and recyclables) and clear your own rubbish at the end of your stay

What a gorgeous vlog - thank you so much for the transparency with prices and everything, I'm going to Seoul for a month (going to study at SNU!) in July and knowing where to shop with a student budget is superrrr useful. Girl this video is so so cute!! Im hopefully going next summer for 6 weeks and im actually sooo excited this made me so so happy to watch! I was wondering if you felt safe in seoul as a solo woman traveller in korea? Ill be going alone as well but im worried a bit about being safe

Aww you’re so sweet! Thank u so much hehe 🥹🫶🏻 I felt safe in Seoul travelling by myself. My sisters and girlfriends have also done solo trips there too and they felt safe as well. I think as long as you stay vigilant and don’t put yourself in dangerous situations (like walking in dark alleys by yourself, staying out late or getting drunk), you should be ok!

I haven't stayed at hotels in Seoul before so I can't really comment on them but I'll list some pros & cons of living in the airbnb that was shown in my vlog :) PROS ⸜(˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)⸝♡ - cosy, homey feel - cute aesthetic lol - has kitchenette if you want to do some meal prep/cooking - conveniently located at chungmuro station which has 2 lines (line 4 - light blue colour & line 3 - orange colour) CONS ｡°(°.◜ᯅ◝°)°｡ - lifts get busy and might have longer waiting times during peak hours - the space and layout is a bit small for 2 people. it's fine for 1 person :) - you have to sort out (trash and recyclables) and clear your own rubbish at the end of your stay Hope this quick assessment helps you in your decision making (´｡• ◡ •｡`) ♡

Hi Kara! I did like my airbnb :) But I will say that the lifts get really busy so it might get annoying at times especially during peak periods when everyone uses the lift 😂 Also I read some airbnb comments that some people found the room/bed a bit dusty too so it might be a problem if you are sensitive to dust. I’m not too sure about the shuttle bus service but the apartment is directly in front of one of the chungmuro train station exits so it’s really convenient :)

I’m not too sure if the myeongdong apartment is near myeongdong subway station but.. • Chungmuro and Myeongdong are on the same train line (line 4, light blue colour), 1 stop away from each other. •There are more shops/things to do in the Myeongdong area compared to Chungmuro • Chungmuro has 2 train lines (line 4, light blue colour and line 3, orange colour) • Myeongdong only has 1 train line (line 4, light blue colour) .. some things to consider ^ :)

the restaurant you went to does not actually have a michelin star, it is "just" in the michelin guide, so like a recommendation :) which is why it probably felt likea normal restaurant :)

Hi Jenny! No entrance fee at the university 😅 but only certain areas are open to the public and you might get chased out by security if you look very touristy in the areas that are kept for students 🤣🫢
