Neco-Arc is interesting to me because a Neco-Arc players goal isn’t to bring your life bar down, or set up traps, or rush you down. A Neco-Arc players goal is to give you a seizure.

Unlock them through neco arc story for the 1st two voice (ciel and Akiha) and mash’s B story for the other two voices (kohaku and Hisui)
