To be exact: His official first professional fight is considered against Tunney Hunsaker on 29 October 1960. This is the first high quality video-recorded fight, where the movie material is available. If you have a complete video of earlier fights, please let me know in the comments.
Zbigniew Pietrzykowski
Zbigniew Pietrzykowski (4 October 1934 - 19 May 2014) was a Polish boxer. Three times he took part in the Olympic Games, every time winning a medal. He won a bronze medal at Melbourne 1956 in the light middleweight division, after losing in the semi-final to Hungarian László Papp. Four years later in Rome, he reached the final of the light heavyweight division, where he lost to future heavyweight champion Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali). Finally, he won a bronze medal in Tokyo in 1964, in the light heavyweight division (defeated by Russian Aleksei Kiselyov). He participated five times at the European Amateur Boxing Championships and won five medals: a bronze in the light middleweight division at Warsaw 1953, and then four gold medals: at West Berlin 1955 in the light middleweight division, at Prague 1957 in the middleweight division, and at Lucerne 1959 and at Moscow 1963 in the light heavyweight division. Eleven times he won the championship of Poland: in the light middleweight division in 1954, 1955 and 1956, in the middleweight division in 1957 and in the light heavyweight division in 1959, 1960, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964 and 1965. Pietrzykowski was also a champion in relation to his performances in the national Polish team. He fought 44 times, winning 42 times and losing twice. In his career, he fought 350 fights; he won 334, drew 2 and lost 14. Pietrzykowski was the first winner of the Aleksander Reksza Boxing Award in 1986.

+Charles Martel LOL, no losses doesn't make you the greatest, and Marciano was only undefeated because: A) he fought bums with records of like 24-14, B) he fought old men. Ali fought "in their prime" legends like Foreman, Norton, and Frazier. C) he retired at 31. Mayweather was undefeated at 39 and still fighting... The only legend Marciano faced was an old Joe Louis.

He was sentenced to 5 years in jail but didn't go to jail. Then he was banned for 3 years from boxing for the same reason he was sentenced to go to jail. After 3 years the court overturned the previous judgement and Ali was free to do boxing once again. But 3 years away from boxing...Damn !!! and that too in his prime form.

I don't believe Ali was evil, and I don't have anything against Muslims who aren't radicals but I don't see how anyone can believe in Allah. Ali became great because of his ability to talk up his abilities, sell tickets and when you repeat something to yourself over and over again, and you work hard and train intelligently, over time you become what you think you are. He became the greatest because he realized he wouldn’t be great unless his faith In god overwhelmed his faith in his abilities. He reflected this in his pre-fight interview with foreman, and foreman later converted to Christianity and became a minister. “God, let me be your tool. I’ve prayed 5 times a day and ain’t no way any man can be against me if I’ve got God with me. Ain’t no way. Let me get this man tonight! I’m standing up for black people,”. A man with a purpose is unstoppable.nothing can resist a man who is willing to stake his existence (Ali’s health and well being, Parkinson’s) for fulfillment (being a great fighter and inspiring others).
