I sobbed at this lol but also haircuts were the first mile stone I really cried at with my kids LOL I’m not sure what it is, but it’s how drastically they don’t look like little babies anymore that gets me every time 😅

I’ve watched you for probably 10 years , and didn’t think I could love anyone more than you married Grant, and fell in love w him. Then you had Lucy and she is the cutest , sweetest, most adorable baby girl! I cried at the haircut scene! 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤

Hi Leigh Ann !! I'm so glad for you guys doing this for Lucy, she seems so happy! I was going to tell you if you plan to go again you should do the DAS pass, if you do it 2 months in advance you can schedule the rides , so Lucy doesn't have to do the lines, I did it with my son and it worked perfect.

one of my earliest core memories is from doing a character breakfast at Disneyland in Anaheim, granted its a core memory because I was terrified of them (the characters were scarier looking in the late 80's lol)...its funny now. Lucy looks like she really enjoyed it

Ooof! I don’t know if it’s my uterus crying (baby fever is high over here) or if it’s just the fact that I know hard y’all have all worked but seeing Lucy so happy with the characters got me! So glad you guys got the chance to get Lucy’s first haircut at the barber shop! ❤ I really tried to make it happen for my daughter, but she desperately needed a haircut before the barbershop reopened. It turned out alright, though. It actually ended up being just as special because I did her first haircut myself and have lots of pictures and video. I saved her baby hair and have it in a keepsake box my mother gifted me. ❤ I think getting serenaded by the Dapper Dans definitely takes the cake, though!

We took my grandson for his first Magic Kingdom visit this past summer. He is 6 so it is a little different. Watching everything through their eyes is magical. That haircut was amazing.

Such an amazing trip! What a fun time for Lucy! I can’t wait to go back! I loved seeing my child experiencing everything for the first time. It was impossible not to have a cheesy big grin. I remember going when the Swan and Dolphin resorts were new and my parents commenting on them. Nostalgia. ☺️

Oh my gosh I almost cried when the Dapper Dans came in during Lucy’s haircut! Such a sweet memory! I’m so glad you got to do Topolino’s, it’s definitely the best character meal and our favorite restaurant on property period. I'm not a Disney person but I can appreciate your excitement for it all vicariously 😄 I've got to say even my cynical self was feeling the magic watching Lucy interacting with each character, bless those actors for being so sweet with her and giving her such special moments, it was gorgeous ❤ I'm so glad you and Grant found each other, and that you didn't settle for those others we've been with you through 😂 I know we only see like .5% of your relationship but I just feel like he gets you and loves you for everything, and honestly that's what it's all about, especially with the unexpected turns life can take.
