Bro... I know my limits and bike is so damn powerful. I need to make bond with it before I start to push the limits. I have riden at 87 on its first run which is almost touching my comfortable speed. I am upgrading from small commuter bike so I will push my limits with time. Itw not a question of 'be a man' kind of provocation. 👍

I think, RTO and insurance charges are fixed for state but municipal corporation charges varies. I have paid 8250 SMC charge and BMC charge is around 6000
