NASA will be launching its first Artemis Mission. This is the start of a new era of lunar exploration. To understand the context of the Artemis Program, we need to learn about the NASA Apollo Program. This was 60 years ago.
On 25 May 1961, JF Kennedy, president of the US, committed the national goals.
“I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieve the goal, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the Moon and returning him safely to the Earth.”
8 years later, on July 20, 1969, an American citizen was standing on the moon and more than 65 crore humans on earth heard him.
“That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind.”

साठ के दशक में अमेरिका ने बहुत बड़े बड़े कांड किए हैं. राष्ट्रपति ने संसद में खड़े होकर बोल दिया कि अपने एक आदमी को चांद पर उतारना है. राष्ट्रीय लक्ष्य बन गया. आठ साल के अंदर लक्ष्य पूरा भी कर लिया. लेकिन इस बीच हुआ क्या-क्या? ये बात कम लोग जानते हैं. बहुत कम बताए जाते हैं इस बड़े कारनामे के पीछे छुपे छोटे-छोटे कांड. इसलिए इस वीडियो में अपन नासा के अपोलो मिशन्स की पूरी कहानी जानेंगे. जानेंगे कि कैसे पहली बार आदमी को चांद पर उतारने के लिए क्या-क्या करना पड़ा.

आयुष एक नंबर का घुमक्कड़, इंट्रोवर्ट और निर्लज्ज प्राणी है. इसको कुछ भी सीखने में बहुत आनंद आता है. लेकिन याद्दाश्त का कच्चा है बेचारा. सो दूसरों को पढ़ाकर सीखा हुआ समेटने की कोशिश करता रहता है.
