@@mrsen4359 could be I have no idea. Regardless if it is or not it will be possible in game. Not allowing bow hunting is silly though. Hell arrows will put a deer down quicker than a bullet half of the time if you make the proper shot at the proper distance

The lynx actually do have drink zones on this map from 3-6. It’s surprising to me that they removed them from Medved but put them on Revontuli

Im from finland and before this map was announced no finnish gaming websites ever talked about COTW and immediately when the map was announced the news sites went crazy! but as we say "torilla tavataan"

The improvements look amazing! Are the whitetail antler tips a little whiter or were they always like that. It would be cool to see the whitetail with different colored antlers like some with all dark chocolate rack or a very light rack

The waterfowl hunting looks so much better. I still wish they would make the .22 invalid against flying birds though. Sniping a flying bird is super unrealistic and lame, and I think it's partly why people don't take trophy ducks that seriously. That might have more to do with the weapon class system though.

Agree, a game that’s all about “hunting ethics” let’s you do something that’s completely illegal in most places, yes I know in like New Zealand you can shoot birds with rifles because they are invasive but this is Europe and North America where you can’t

Totally agree with you, the shooting birds with a rifle has always seemed a bit unsportsmanlike and cheesy. Not sure why they have not removed this. As an avid bird hunter in real life it makes me cringe to see this lol. Map looks great though.

They are a blast, I wish the game did a better job representing them, they don’t fly high and circle like that, they fly low and fast like a foot above the water, I wish they did some research before making maps

great job as always man yea we'll have to be super ready since ew said things will be faster on this new map it's like waiting for the last 5 days of christmas i can't wait for many reasons (last night on silver ridge i saw a rare ghost but somehow missed i was like ahh then i deff shor a moutain lion but even with my dog again the blood trail magically disappeared i was like SON OF A 🤬 that way all the maps can get pop resets but i heard and read (people have been attacking me cuz im a new player not cool) not my fault im n ot sure what's going on as a new player ANYWAYS i read all except silver ridge are getting reset i can't wait to play this new map from finnland !!

Hey, red brown isn’t a new color for brown bears, I’ve killed plenty of them. It’s currently a common fur type (unsure if the update will change this) You can check the spreadsheets to confirm this

I noticed that the Goldeneye score doesn’t line up exactly with the weight, even though it says it is scored by weight. If it was scored by it’s exact weight then you would’ve had a diamond. Good video! 👍

I think it’s scored by grams, so if the goldeneye is 1.2kg, the score will be 1200

there was a Goldeneye that weighed 1.22kg and scored 1184.9. That’s what I was referring to.

I saw in Scarecrow’s video that there are 3 new multi mounts, 2 are upland bird mounts, the last is a multi mount called “Bear Necessities” which has 2 black bears fighting, similar to “Bear Hug”

Although I look forward to new reserves in COTW, is anyone else NOT excited by one with a focus on bird species? To me, it's the equivalent of releasing a new reserve that focuses on fox hunting. Revontuli may be the first reserve I pass on.

I went on the other day, and my whole game is gone. All my DLC is there, but its like the first time i ever turned the game on. Nothing unlocked and all my money is gone. Can anyone tell me what to do to fix this?
