Next time buying shoes or any other footwear, go to a store like DSI or Bata. Those are the main foot wear shops with lots of branches around the country. U can find one in every main town in Sri Lanka.

Tea is a must in Sri Lanka in the evenings! And yes we use mostly powdered milk in our teas, as it doesn't lighten the tea as much as fresh milk.

All those sandals and slippers were foreign brands, foreign imports are a little restricted now because of The Economy crisis, so they are a little bit expensive than before. Local brands are DSI and Bata, They are more cheap

Balnur is spot on about the milk tea😮 they do add milk powder instead of real milk. We grow custom to it but when a foreigner tastes it they immediately can tell the difference. 😊😊 Good on you Balnur😂❤
