Hello! I hope you enjoy my first impressions review of the Matte Revolution Lipstick in Very Victoria:-)

I Love that you use natural light and you go outside as well... I appreciate you 😊 Very Victoria is for me. I like an understated look, but I think both Pillow talk & very Victoria could also be good together. My Love to your Doggy, They’re the best Humans lol 😊♥️

I tried this color on at Sephora and I agree with you. We both probably have very pigmented lips and so this color looks like "my lips but better." Nice, but not thrilling. I really like Glowing Jen, which I own. Also thinking about In Love With Olivia.

I think it's fantastic that you tried the shade on in Sephora to see what the shade looks like in person. Very Victoria looked promising w/in the marketing/ads. But it was nothing to write home about in reality. But GLOWING JEN is gorgeous! It has a tawny base that brightens our skin tone. Thanks for the ILWO recommendation - I'm going to check it out ASAP!☺💕

This is just how Pillow Talk Original looks on me, quite a "grey" kind of shade. I'm wondering if Pillow Talk Medium is like a deeper shade of Very Victoria?

Yes! I totally understand. I thought Very Victoria would be a perfect shade for me but it looked off on my complexion. Pillow Talk Medium is closer to the Bond Girl shade: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/nL-SgMRz1tbTnGQ.html

Thank you for watching!-) I would start with Pillow Talk first. I find it to be more universally flattering due to the warm pink undertone. I like Very Victoria but I reach for Pillow Talk all the time:-) Pillow Talk is my vote;-)

If there is such a thing as a Smart Looking Lipstick, That's it.. Ha, its a good Lipstick to wear reading a book, or simply writing a book. Why did that color on you strike me that way?. Ha! It does look good on you, but with the many great colors to choose from, save it for the rainly day, or a purse lipstick, When in a pinch grab Very Victoria. As for me, that specific color has been on my radar, but other things that is on my radar keeps edging Tillburys Lipstick out for the time being. Have you tried many Lipbalms? I'm always trying them, I'm so prone to dry lips, currently the, Fresh Sugar Caramel Balm has been nice and vety hydrating. I'm ready to try Bite Agave, have you tried that?

You are hilarious and spot on! I am seeing reading glasses with this hue;-) I have not tried the Bite Agave but I enjoy the Drunk Elephant Lippe Balm. I am actually buying another one today. www.sephora.com/product/lippe-tm-P403818 It's on the pricey side but I got a ton of use of out of it. You can use it around your eyes as well (the founder said to do so in a pinch). I use it for everyday and before bed.

I got this one with a lot of difficulty. I live in the middle east and there isnt ct products here. I had to get mine shipped all the way from usa with hefty shipping charges. But i really like the color as its an exact match to my lip color. I have tons of nude lipsticks but this is a spot on match. The next match to this would have to be ysl tatouage couture 23 which is another beautiful formula.

Hi Reshmi :-) I am so very happy that the Very Victoria worked out for you! Especially, since it was a difficult item to ship to you. That's why I shoot lip colors in different lighting, so you can see the true hue. YSL Tatouage Couture 23 is gorgeous! I will check it out:-) Do you have a Sephora in the area where you live? CT is going to be carried by them very soon:-)

yeah we do have a sephora here but they are super late with the new releases. often i find discontinued products being sold here which is hilarious. but if ct is coming to sephora us its gonna come even later to the sephora here. as of now i have gotten birkin brown, very victoria and bond girl shipped from the states to here coz i can get a lot of wear out of them. do check out the ysl one. i have it and i love it so much that i want backups already haha.

That's so crazy that the closest Sephora to you sells discontinued items -jeez! Thank god (though shipping costs can be brutal) for online purchases. Yeah i got some discontinued ysl lipsticks from my sephora but i am happy coz the colors are beautiful. One of them is ysl rouge volupte shine in shade 7 ( rose infinite). They had the last piece and i bought it lol. Birkin brown is nice but a little too chocolatey colored for my taste haha. I love pinkish browns the most. Im on instagram as @reshmisaha.

YSL Rouge Shine has a nice feeling formula. I purchased one of the hues years ago but I could not get passed the chemical taste. Love the packaging -it's very glamorous! Thanks for letting me know about Birkin Brown:-) I am shooting a review for Penelope Pink and Tell Laura very soon:-) I agree 100% about the Pinkish Browns -love them!

HI gorgeous lady! Very victoria looks so good on you but I understand what you mean by not doing anything. Pillow talk had a better brightening effect on your face. But its still a damn good go to nude. Have a great day

Hi Lovely Lady:-) You are so spot on! It a perfect brown/rose nude. I would love to see it on you:-) Pillow Talk has that warm pink that is so great for so many skin tones. I was thinking about trying Valentine next. Also, I am working on my next CT review and it's on Walk of Shame. I think you'll love the hue - you would look amazing with it on ;-)
