Caity Lotz (Sara Lance/The White Canary) is now the longest running arrow verse Character out there, she and Oliver started it. You should React to a Sara Lance Video, she has such a huge development, she is around for 9 Years and now the lead of the Legends. From an Assassin that couldn't forget her sins, who lost everyone around her, who died a couple of times, went into hell, fought bloodlust to a Captain with a Wife. Brandon Routh here plays Ray Palmer/The Atom, but he took back the role he had in Superman Returns as Clark Kent/Superman in the 2019 cross-over between the other Arrowverse shows (Crisis on Infinite Earths) :)

There were 2 main characters from prison break in this. The one you recognized is wentworth miller and the older guy with the shaved head is Dominic Purcell who played the brother he went to prison for. They play captain cold and heatwave (originally from The Flash) so they get to be a fun supervillain duo in the arrowverse after playing brothers in a serious drama. And yes they do make a few prison break jokes

One actor, plus quite a few memes, from Doctor Who in 'Legends Of Tomorrow' - possibly why I like it so much! - Having just that really good mix of humour, companionship, sweetness - not cloying, silliness, tear-jerking sadness and insane jeopardy, plus an intelligent spaceship . . Hm . . sounds extremely familiar! Even the Legends 'work station/desk has that ringing look to it of being - somehow - something akin to the TARDIS console . . oh, and of course, time travel . Doh! Highly recommend it, Todd!

fun fact: Caity Lotz (Sara Lance/The White Canary) & Brandon Routh (Ray Palmer/A.T.O.M) knew each other before their characters met in the arrowverse, they met when they got a part in a movie called "400 days".

This show just aired its 100th episode. Season 1 was not very good but it had a tone change beginning with season 2 and it’s really good now - I think I’ve at least heartily chuckled, if not outright laughed-out-loud, at least once each and every episode since mid or late season 2.

They have recently reached the 100th episode idk if this was a tribute to this cast because I miss them the nostalgia it’s very jokey and self aware of it Lml

Whilst I’m not much of a fan of how drastically the show changed past it’s 3rd season, I still kinda enjoy it from time to time. And what’s greater, it’s just reached 100 episodes today!
