30th April - The day that marked the beginning of a new era in the medical history of Pakistan. On this day in 2012, the first liver transplant procedure was performed successfully by the team of local doctors under the supervision of Professor Faisal Dar, who then became the pioneer of liver transplantation in Pakistan.
All praises to Yaseen and his family for their courage, who put forward themselves as the first case of liver transplant and laid the foundation stone of liver transplantation in Pakistan.

I still remember Dr Dar how kindly he treated me when I was liver transplant donor back in 2013 for my Dad British national & when I went through surgery dr Dar came to ICU joking you look flashed up why to which I add humour that I am just a little blushed up by your presence & your team we all laughed😂😂😂😂😂 Thank you dr Saab we owe to you may you live long to serve our countrymen.

Dr sb you are the true hero of this Nation and the most valuable Asset. Since 2012 by the will of Allah you have saved thousand of lives . No doubt Yaseen is the first drop of rain which started the successful journey of liver transplant programme in Pakistan . May Allah give you and Yaseen long life with health and happiness.

Just three weeks ago, my father underwent a successful liver transplant at Shifa International Hospital in Islamabad. Alhamdulillah, Dr. Faisal Dar's dream has now become a reality. Shifa has performed over 1200 successful liver transplants, and now PKLI, GAMBIAT, Quaid-e-Azam Hospital, CMH, and even in Multan hospitals are conducting successful liver transplants. after Allah Almighty We are immensely grateful to you, Dr. Faisal sb, for your exceptional services to our nation.

@muhammadzain638 61 lakh ka package h jis main patient and donner k pre operations test se ly kr operation k baad upto 18 din ka stay cover h for patient and 12 din ka post operation stay h for donner. Dono patient and donner ko alg alg executive rooms main rakhty hn. Package k din khtam hony se pehly discharge ho jay banda to baki dino ki medicine sath dy kr bhjty hn.
