@@TheUnusedCrayon the GEO is all about being an ergonomic "second skin", so to include spines in them would go against it's design. Our APEX and APEX Pro lines are more traditional and designed for padding and protection.

When you say a pre wash?? Will just a soak activate them

When new, you want to give them a rub to remove any preservatives out of the pores. Latex is a natural material that will dry out if not looked after, so preservatives are inside to keep it from going "off" before purchase. This will help activate it. Then you need to practice good glove care and ensure you wash immediately after use, and my recommendation is give them a good soak 24 hours before any game. The latex will be perfect then. Latex doesn't like to be completely dry.

noticed no double wrap on the thumb of the geo

Yup, only palm wrap. The MD2, AM2 and Void all have the same. Gives you that added flexibility in the thumb, which leans more into the ergonomic focus of the GEO.
