But if you call some bigger custom shops that do alot of lifts and wheel tire packages they can give you a really good tire that is super quiet that you could put on for sure. I am south of Nashville, TN and I know several shops around the state that are very knowledgeable with oversize tires and could lead you in a good direction for getting some that are very quiet. With that much lift and the current exhaust you need to check out the traction bars from Precision Metal Fab. They stop axle wrap a smooth out shifts. Yes, learned from personal experience with 9” lift. Their track bar is also a nice upgrade.

I dropped off in the ditch and hit a tile in my 3/4 ton. Looking at it you would have thought new a arms and it been good to go. But the frame bent and they wouldn’t or couldn’t straighten it. HD box frame, the insurance paid for one luckily. I didn’t want it totaled.

Speaking on window tint and getting old My latest greatest idea was to get my windows tinted 5 in the rear 15 up front. Terrible idea ..20 years ago great idea . I can't see hardly on a cloudy day and nights forget about it.

Most full frames don't get pulled to much unless there lightly tweaked. Really hard and time consuming to pull diamond out. Faster and better to just do a frame swap.

Like you mentioned on one of your last videos I watch this channel more than the show and if you came out with a podcast again I would be all set lol

My first job at 16 was a body shop and at 33 I will stand by that 😂. Chevy guy through and through have I have to agree the fords look the best.

That truck the way it sets on the custom wheels and tires and tinted glass in 2019 brand-new would have sticker priced for well over $100,000 out here near the East Coast where I live.. the way you have it and putting it back together with such low miles for probably no more than fifty Grand is a hell of a deal and you could make killer profit off that truck anytime you would want to but hell hang on to it and ride it because deals like that don't happen often

The Excursion is on a econoline van frame. I have owned one with a 5.4 and another 4 with the 7.3 diesel. I much rather have a Superduty. If you are still looking for a tailgate for that truck try Premier Auto Salvage out of Lebanon, MO, Mott's Auto Salvage out of Lebanon, MO, Rogers Auto Salvage of Lebanon, MO, or St James Salvage Yard out of St James, MO. I have bought a lot of parts through the years with these companies due to the fact I drive vehicles with prior salvage titles.

Just order a Carli 2.5”back country lift on it with the their radius arm, sway bar, rear leafs to ride great and throw some narrow wheels 20-22x9 and some 35’s and it will be way better.

My truck had a bent frame and I swear it drove better before I replaced it lol... I agree with the lifted part. I like the look but it kind of ruins the whole point of it being a truck, too hard to use the bed and carolina squats when towing... although mine drove pretty good.
